Venue & Travel Information
21 February 2026·ZNCF Team
The Africa Regional Conference 2026 will be held at Andrews Motel, Lusaka, Zambia, from 30 April to 2 May 2026.
The Venue
Andrews Motel is a comfortable conference facility conveniently located in Lusaka. It offers on-site accommodation, catering, and meeting rooms — meaning delegates can stay, eat, and attend sessions all in one place.
Conference rates for accommodation are available to registered delegates and can be selected during the registration process.
Getting to Lusaka
By Air
The main point of entry for international delegates is Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN) in Lusaka. Direct and connecting flights are available from many African capitals. We recommend checking routes via Johannesburg, Nairobi, Addis Ababa, or Harare depending on your country of origin.
Airport Transfers
Delegates are responsible for arranging their own transport from the airport to the venue. Taxis and ride-hailing services are available at the airport. Please contact our coordinators if you need guidance on local transport options.
What to Bring
- Your registration confirmation (email or printed)
- A valid passport or national ID
- Any required travel documentation or visa (see below)
Visa Information
Citizens of many African countries do not require a visa to enter Zambia, or may obtain one on arrival. We strongly recommend checking the current entry requirements for your nationality well in advance of travel.
